So... I was productive, and Scully got a bath. Finally, a postitive entry.
    Feelin good about things!

I crossed off a LOT on my to do list today.

    1. Scully got a bath.
    2, Scully got another bath.
    3. I finally moved my bed back into my bedroom. I got all the boxes stacked and organized, threw out/donated a ton of stuff (seriously, took a car load of clothes to a nearby shelter)
    4. Scully still smelled, so she got a third bath
    5. Trimmed some of the mats that had formed behind Scully's ears.
    6. Got the lamps for the mantle put together and put on the mantle, finally. \
    7. Christmas tree is up!
    8. Presents are wrapped!
    9. Spent some time toying with what I want to do for SilverCrow. I think I've made up my mind, now to see if I can make wordpress work for me. Have I mentioned how wonderful it is to have an amazing boyfriend who actually understands how that evil software works? and even better that mom understands all the SEO business. I have two excellent resources at my finger tips. *cackles with glee*
    10. Made a good healthy dinner, and spent some quality couch snuggling time with David. God I love that boy.
    11. Finally got the nerves to go check my grades for the semester- B in Math (better than I was expecting, I figured I'd be getting a C. woo!) and an A in reading. All registered for next semester too- taking Reading 115 (my last reading class, EVER), Intro to Business, Math 65 (bleh.) and intro to jewelry making (it's supposed to cover casting, which is something I don't know at all. this should be fun.)

    Things to do for tomorrow:
    1. Pick up a knee brace. Schedule a doctor's appointment. I don't want to do either, but the truth is, my knee is NOT RIGHT® and needs to have a medical professional examine it. I took a pretty nasty fall a couple of months back and bruised it up fairly good. There was a pre-existing swollen ligament that was gradually going away, but falling seems to have made it flare up, and some weird cyst like formation has formed between the skin and muscle tissue. UH OH.

    2. Actually utilize my ideas for Silvercrow- my plan, at the moment, is to start a blog with a bit of a behind the scenes/this is what I've been making lately type thing going on, pictures of the rough strands of beads, and stuff like that. I love that more intimate feeling with jewelry makers/suppliers, I thought that'd be a nice way to bring the same sort of feeling to the website. I'd like to post photographs of prior work (this is where B and Ronwaldo will come in handy. yay! models!) and then also a link to my shop, which is where TEH MONEYS WILL BE MADE! BUAHAHA.

    3. Update my resume/cover letter. I think this speaks for itself, but I really think it's going to be important to have that looked at by a professional, or at least someone that really knows their shit. Mom's totally pro at that, so I made sure to toss her a copy and see what she had to say. Any general advice for cover letters is appreciated, because I feel like that's where I have the most trouble.

    4. Get Silvercrow up and running- I feel like it's going to be utterly essential to have that looking good before I go a job hunting, because that's been my only source of income, aside from various forms of financial aid for the last couple of months. So, in an effort to circumvent large gaps in my employment history, I'd like to point to that and go look, this is what I've been doing, and have something tangible and visible.
